Summary:
Goldschmitt and Associates is seeking an On-Site Lead for an onsite position in Golden, Colorado, in support of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Denver Logistics Service.
This contract is anticipated to run through September 2026, with an option year through 2027.
This is a Service Contract Act (SCA) position. Per the Wage Determination (WD), the hourly wage for this position is $20.26.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as shift lead, balancing call center coverage and staff workload
- Process orders for medical devices, prosthetics, hearing aids, telehealth equipment, and other VA-requested supplies
- Support VSST staff with troubleshooting order entry issues
- Provide daily reporting support and validate order processing accuracy
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the On-Site Supervisor
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possess at least 1 year of experience in call center, clerical, or customer service environments
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification, such as a General Educational Development (GED) diploma
- Possess the ability to pass a Tier 1 National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) investigation and maintain eligibility, including possessing United States citizenship
- Previous experience of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, SharePoint
- Possess a typing speed of 40 WPM and navigate multiple software platforms
- Possess an Associate's degree
- Prior VA systems knowledge (ROES/VistA)
- Experience in medical equipment support
